New Job, Living On My Own #Adulting

I have a new job -- finally working regular hours and not a graveyard, night shift. My official title is Data Entry Website Assistant but mostly I'm a content writer for a retail company. Finally putting that writing degree to work. WOHOO! I also get to do a little graphic design stuff/ photo editing for them as well.
And since the new job was a bit farther than I wanted to commute, I moved out of my parents house for the first time as well. I moved into a really nice building that's income based, so I don't have to pay and arm and a leg for it. Which is a good thing because I took a pay cut accepting this job, but it's a step in the direction of what I would like to be doing. Bawled my eyes out several time because I had to leave my aging Golden Retriever with my parents; she's waaaaay over the pet weight limit for my apartment.
Mostly writing this because I was tired of seeing my last journal entry on my page "Going On Vacation" LOL That was from November and I haven't been on vacation all that time.

The End of Western Disney :'(

I am going to discontinue my Western Disney series.
This decision has been one a long time coming.
I've been pretty inactive with the series for a while, and I don't get as much enjoyment out of it anymore.
For now, I will keep the artwork in my gallery for fans of the series to enjoy.
A big thank you too all my watchers who followed me because they fell in love with the series. With the end of the series, I hope too many of you DON'T leave, but I will understand if you do.
I'm not going anywhere and will remain as active on DA as I am now.
In fact, I may be more active than I have in a long time since I was recently accepted into the wonderful group, Starborn Alignment.

- Florist at her Aunt's shop, Phoebe's Floral Delights, in Inaria
- FLOWERS! Flowers are EVERYTHING! As well as mud baths, fruit smoothies, and blue and green accessories!
- Very caring and always tries to help others in whatever little ways that she can
- Enthusiastic and bright personality paired with a very chatty motor-mouth
- Ali is open-minded and go-with-the-flow kind of horse (to a rational point.) She’s very excepting of horses, unicorns, Pegasus, and hippocampi from all walks of life, even if she doesn’t exactly agree with how they might live their lives.
- Parents grew and sold illegal drugs as a side business when their farm wasn't making enough money. Were caught by the Guardians and decided to move to the Isles of the Dead, leaving their newborn in the care of her aunt. Very few know this.
- A bit absent minded and tactless at times
- Submissive little lamb who needs to be protected
- Believes that her looks are plain and wishes she was anything but a common horse.

Looking for pegasus friends. Along these same lines, looking for pegasi who she would have befriended and sought comfort from when she was sent to Torrine in the winter of 1700 for being a "pegasus sympathizer. She was very distraught being away from her family and alone for the first time. She would have benefited from a kind face to take the poor lamb under their wings.

The garden is a hidden gem in the Agricultural District for locals seeking repose, reguvination, a quiet study spot, a romantic picnic date, or a place to worship Kaia. Aunt Phoebe has an abstract statue of Kaia made by a popular artisian craftman who's a very close friend. It's in a quiet little side section of the garden so as to offer some privacy for those coming to pray.

- Currently the cook aboard Captain Rhodesia's Stormchaser
- Formerly a Guardian (roughly 6-7 years ago). Started out doing about 3 years of law enforcement work in Inaria and then moved on to monitering prisoners at the Stormvault Keep at the Isles of the Dead.
- Victim of revengeful rogues who tarnished his honor and caused his rank of Guardian to be stripped from him. (See bio for details)
- Comes from a long line of Guardians. Trained from a young age, almost brutally at times by his father.
- Very close with his mother, a former cleric. His love for the sea, Cascade, and the desire to execute justice for those in need came from her.
- Secretive about his past as a Guardian. Also secretly a great lover
- Loyal to his Captain, almost to a fault.
- Honorable "It is honorable to defend and protect the elderly, children, and beautiful mares. But you don't seem to fall into any of those categories."
- Quiet and not much for making conversation but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy hanging out with his fellow crew members
- Very serious about his work, principles, and pretty much everything. You're not going to see too many toothy grins from this guy.
- Bitter towards his father and the Talori government. They did not believe in his innocence when he was framed.

-Siblings are possible. He's currently an only child but I don't mind changing that part of his history. Again, would need to be with a unicorn or hippocampus.
